• Only 46% of Americans know that a knocked-out (avulsed) tooth can often be saved with prompt, proper care.
• More than 5 million teeth are knocked out each year in the U.S., with many incidents involving children under age 10.
• Just 27% correctly identified the 30-minute window as critical for the best chance of successful reimplantation; 24% were unsure how quickly they should act.
• 69% said saving a natural tooth is usually the best option.

• When asked about priorities, 44% valued keeping natural teeth healthy over having a perfectly cosmetic smile, while 42% valued both equally.
